We’ll be at the Woodstock Farmers Market this week with free range chicken eggs, fresh green beans, beautiful fresh red, golden and Chioggia (candy cane striped!) beets. We’ll also have pickled red and golden beets, strawberry balsamic jam, lemon jelly and more!

What’s for dinner? We’ve had lots of questions about how to prepare beets recently, so thought we’d share some of our favorite ways to eat them. First is the Ukrainian soup, Borscht.
