This is our last weekend the store will be open so come get your fresh asparagus! We are open today and tomorrow from 8am - 6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm. Come out and stock up on our delicious pickled asparagus and fresh organic asparagus grown right here on our farm in WI! It's been a great harvest this year so don't miss the last weekend. It's time to stock up on fresh asparagus! We plan to be open for at least another week at Spears R Us. Be sure to check our FB page for any updates! We hope to see all of you before we close for the season. Thanks to all of our visitors so far this season!

We will be closed on Thursday, May 26th so we are able to attend a family funeral. We appreciate your understanding and we hope to see many of you Memorial Day weekend!

We have LOTS of asparagus and are open until 6pm today. Come visit our store and get the first batch of locally grown WI asparagus!
We will also be open Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm.

Run to Spears R Us on Friday, May 13th for opening day! We are SO excited to finally put out our OPEN sign and welcome all of our customers for this year's harvest. Our hours are M-F 8:00-6:00 and Sat. & Sun. 10:00-4:00. Our organic asparagus is $4.00/lb.
We are looking forward to seeing all of you!

Due to unforeseen circumstances Spears R Us is closed for the season.
We apologize to all of our wonderful customers. Let's hope Mother Nature is better to us next year so we can provide a full season of our delicious asparagus. We appreciate your support!

We are currently out of asparagus due to the unusually cool weather and there is a frost advisory out for early Saturday morning. I will post when we have asparagus again. We do still have some pickled asparagus. The called in orders for Saturday & Tuesday we have set aside.

Woohoo! FINALLY the asparagus is ready and we are picking today. With the continuing warm weather we should have asparagus every day going forward. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:00-6:00 and Saturday & Sunday 10:00-4:00.

Due to the frost & freeze the last few days we are temporarily out of asparagus. We hope to be picking again by Wednesday. I'll post again when we have asparagus. We do have pickled asparagus & mushrooms and hanging flower baskets.

Great news! We were able to pick some asparagus before the freeze so we will open tomorrow, May 7th at 8am! To add to the excitement we also have pickled asparagus. One quart jars are $16 of regular or jalapeno. We look forward to serving our customers this harvest season!

The tulips are up but not so much the asparagus. We plan to open May 7th so hopefully this sunshine will stay with us & make the asparagus grow. Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Preheat oven to 400 Divide asparagus into bundles of 3-4 spears Wrap each in a slice of bacon In a saucepan, melt a stick of butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1Tbspn soy sauce, 1/2tsp garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper and bring to a boil. Pour mix over bundles and bake until bacon looks done.

We are very busy at Spears R Us harvesting and processing our asparagus. Please stop out and get your local, fresh asparagus while it is in season. We plan to harvest through early June.
