Holy heck, I tried to stir the pot a bit, and did NOT like what I found. It appears that the community association that gives permission for the Urbana Library Farmers' Market to exist has no interest in allowing it to come back next year!! What do we do? Anyone know? Visit the Urbana Library Farmers' Market to get ALL of the ingredients for Sausage Sweet Potato Hash!! The recipe and sausage are at Copper Penny Farm’s stand, the apples are at Blue Faerie Farm’s stand and the sweet potato and onion are at Fajardo’s Produce’s stand. Dinner: DONE! This Sunday, October 18th, will be our last day at the Urbana Library Farmers' Market!! (The market goes for one more week, but this is our last week for the season.) Here is what we will have with us tomorrow. We will have many of your favorite things, AND it will be a beautiful day, so it is a perfect day to support your local farmers. Hope to see you there!
