Whatโs that?!? Itโs Kohlrabi! Kohlrabi is a unique spring vegetable, an alien bulb with a thick purple or green skin. Peel and slice, best eaten raw with a sprinkle of sea salt. Add to salads or shred into cole slaw. Eat with ranch or hummus. It tastes like the stalk of a broccoli. Kohlrabi is often grown at CSA farms and otherwise hard to find in the United States.
