We are trying something new this year since our Highland Herd was 100% bull calves! We are taking two of our spring bulls to the Scottish Highland Cattle Roundup in Butler, MO on October 24th! We are excited to share Ike and Henry with you!
*Ike, White Bull, DOB: 4/4/2026
Ike is a cool looking dude! His lashes are nice as lush, he makes a lot of ladies jealous because they pay for lashes like that! Aside from his lashes, he's also stout made and really long bodied. He moves great and has a fantastic disposition - our 8 year old handles him with ease! His dam is WC Izzy, AHCA #67297, a smaller-framed first-calf heifer from Wiggle Creek Highlands in Nebraska, who is quickly becoming a leader in our cow line up. He is sired by our silver herd bull BTTR Iceman, AHCA #63770. Iceman traces to Buckwheat of Gurholt, AHCA #40625, who has been an impact bull in the highland breed for many years. With Ike's coloring and genectic background, he's going to be fun to watch in years to come!
*Henry, Yellow Bull, DOB: 4/15/2026
Henry is as flashly as they come! Henry is smooth made, super sound, and really clean fronted. Henry brings together some interesting Highland genetic history. His dam is from the now disbursed Cobblestone Farms - CBS Wendy’s Haven, AHCA #53656, who is former division winner at the National Western in Denver. Wendy's Haven is sired by RTH VanNorman, the 2010 Reserve Grand Champion Bull in Denver. His sire is our silver herd bull BTTR Iceman from Back to the Roots Farm LLC in Minnesota and as we said above - Iceman is sired by the great bull Buckwheat of Gurholt. Henry has the potential to be a phenomenal heifer bull!
Izzy, Wendy's Haven, and sire Iceman - are pictured below. Please reach out to with any questions, we'd be happy to chat with you!
