❄️ Did you know your crunchy snack has over 100 years of science behind it? 🤯

Freeze drying isn’t some brand-new invention—it was first developed in 1906! That’s over a century ago.

So how does it work? 🧪

Instead of using heat to dry food, it’s frozen first. Then, under a vacuum, the ice turns directly into water v***r through a process called sublimation. That means the food skips the liquid stage entirely!
