Soooo.... This years steers are sold out, unless someone cancles out on me. 2023, there is some uncertainty with the butcher I currently use. I'm trying to find another butcher, which most are booked into 2024. I am on a call list for other butchers. I am very disappointed with this, but, it is out of my control. If anyone wants to get on a list, for next year, please notify me with the amount, 1/4, 1/2, time frame,,, etc, and I can go down the line at a first come basis. Until I can get some locked in dates, somewhere,,,, this is how I am having to schedule things. Thanks

October steers are sold. Only 2 steers left, in November. I'll begin to start booking for next year already. Things are going fast, so if your interested in a quarter or half, please let me know, or you will be waiting longer. I also will be getting pigs tomorrow, which should be ready in February.
