Does it really take this many people to work a few calves tagging and banding? The answer is YES when you have green horns 😂 the boys are getting a little more hands on dealing with our meat to table animals. Teaching them now so if and when I get to where I can’t get something done they’ll be there and know what to do.

Just some new things going around the farm this last week. Going to see how this honey bee thing works out. 😂 Did a little fishing the other day and needless to say the fish won the battle but enjoyed time on the water, also the kids just had to get in the pool for spring break. Then you have that 1 steer that is always king of the hill! Blessed to live this life one day at a time.

The last couple weeks around the farm have been a lot of moving around around. With some old cows moving on to greener pastures. We also are looking forward to seeing how or butcher steers will weigh in the next couple of days as well. Always moving pieces to the farm!
