What’s cooking y’all? Today it’s filet mignon, and chicken tortilla soup!! Kenny Ann Miller! Side note from Tracy: Growing up we spent lots of holiday time at my grandma Bonnie’s! That side of the family including my mom and her five siblings are all so musical. There was always a full band and lots of music! My favorite song to hear Kenny sing was “Some kind of Wonderful” by Grand Funk Railroad! Hope you all enjoy this trip down memory lane.

Beef Heart. Marinated in balsamic vinegar for a couple hours. Pat dry, cook over high heat 5 minutes per side. Perfect medium rare. Delicious!!! Thank you LEGACY FARMS!
