Would you be interested in a CSA BOX this growing season?

Weekly or bi-weekly 🌱 STARTING IN MAY

"CSA" most commonly refers to Community Supported Agriculture, a farming model where consumers buy shares of a local farm's harvest in advance, receiving weekly produce boxes. It connects residents directly with farmers, fostering local food systems and reducing environmental impact.

How it Works: Customers (members) pay a upfront fee to a farmer at the start of the season. This provides farmers with capital for seeds and supplies, allowing members to share in the risks and rewards of the harvest.

Benefits: Members get fresh, seasonal, often organic produce. Farmers gain financial stability, a direct market, and a closer relationship with their community.

OverYonder Co-Op will be providing local drops where you will be able to meet one of the farmers in person to pick up your own local items.

Succession planting is prolonging your harvest throughout the season by planting a certain number of days between each planting.
This is a bed of radishes in our greenhouse planted 10-12 days apart from each other.

We started planting beans in the greenhouse in March so we can get all our canning done early and all our bean seed collected before the rest of planting and harvest begins.
