Hey! I'm Laura, flower farmer at VanMeeteren Farms. In case we haven't met, I'm married to Dan and we have 4 amazing kids who are a huge help!

I love growing flowers, the color and beauty brings me so much joy! And I especially love bringing that joy to other people. I'm in my 3rd year of growing, and my 2nd year of having a U Pick field.

Aside from flowers, I grow a large vegetable garden 🍅🥕🥒🥦 canning and preserving all the summer goodness for winter, I forage in our grove and pasture for medicinal plants, and I'm a pretty "crunchy" Mama in most regards. I love supporting local businesses, I homeschool my girls, love to explore nature and hike and spend time outside. I love Jesus and my church and feel so blessed to live the life we do, rich in so many ways. 💜

This season I will have several ways you can get ahold of flowers:

💐Order a custom bouquet or DIY bucket of blooms for a birthday, anniversary, shower or just because.

💐I deliver Grab and Go bouquets on Tuesdays to 3 shops this year:

- Closet to Closet in Adrian
- Phileo's Coffee Shop in Worthington

💐 U Pick weekends--opening soon!!! I provide the vase, snips and flowers for you to make your own bouquet.

Hello Flower Friends! It's Delivery Tuesday! 💐 🚗

I read a saying earlier this week that said, " Flowers are cheaper than therapy." 😆 I know they are my form of therapy, so grab a bouquet and bring beauty into your home or of a friend.

Bouquet of the week!! 💜🤍💙

This morning I did my usual walk through of the flower field and the blue, purple and white flowers were just calling to me! ☎️ (Don't mind the ripening peaches in the background. 😆)

So totally on the fly, I made a video of myself making a bouquet this morning!

Hey Flower Friends! It's 4th of July week and I know 🎆 fireworks, grill outs, watermelon and strawberry pie are occupying your mind more than flowers.

I thought about taking the week off, BUT I have so many beautiful 💐 flowers and I wanted to share them with you, so before you head up to the Lake or head off to your celebration, grab a wrapped bouquet at Closet to Closet Inc. in Adrian. They are open this week regular hours except Friday until 1pm and closed Saturday.
