Doug and Dave Bullerman shared about their family hog operation created in 1975 in Adrian, Son-D-Farms. The farm is owned and operated by 5 brothers, Doug, Dale, Dean, Delbert and Dave. They believe in creating a good work culture where the owner is willing to do the dirty jobs. With 4 different hog operations in Minnesota and Iowa, along with 100 employees it's not hard for them to live out their dad's quote, "money isn't being made sitting inside!" We enjoyed learning about the management that is involved to operate an agricultural business of this caliber.
