New chicks. Au natural this time, no incubator needed. Couple days old. Had to move them to small brooder house when I found one of the chicks already outside trying to find its way back inside and another on the ground floor of the main chicken house away from the others. Trying out the new industrial h**p bedding.

42 eggs in the incubator. Hatch date should be April Fools Day, April 1, 2024. We’ll see how it goes.

Like all pups it took 17 shots to get this one good one because she’s jumping all over the place.

Folks meet Heidi, the farms newest LGD. Heidi is a Bernese Mountain Dog. She’s 12 weeks old and she will begin learning from Abbey our Akbash Anatolian mix. Isn’t she cute? Everyone notices the size of her paws.
