Fire up the grill – safely! 🔥🥩☀️ Summer grilling season is here, and a few simple food-safety steps can help keep your burgers, steaks, and kabobs both delicious and safe to enjoy.

🥩 Prevent cross-contamination

Use separate plates and utensils for raw and cooked beef

Wash hands and surfaces after handling raw meat

🌡️ Cook to safe temperatures

Burgers (ground beef): 160°F

Steaks & roasts: 145°F + a 3-minute rest

Always rely on a food thermometer – not color

❄️ Keep cold foods cold

Store beef in the fridge until it’s time to grill

Don’t leave perishable foods out for more than 2 hours (1 hour in hot weather)

Grill smart, stay safe, and enjoy the flavor of summer! ☀️🍔✨

Remember, our beef is hard frozen- please allow time before your celebration for it to safely thaw.

Same day service available many days- order by 8am for farm/city pickup and 10am for Greene County delivery.

We have ribeyes, rib roasts (prime rib), briskets, chuck roasts, and a dwindling supply of hamburger beef. Please order soon so we can get you scheduled for pickup/delivery in advance of the big day!
Delivery available all week this week- but we will be closed this weekend.
