Wayne Hughes was in studio talking to us today about his Pioneer Century Farm. Wayne is a local producer who has taken many steps to secure the future of his farm for generations to come and to add potential income for the family farm. Wayne will also be back with us to discuss some of the agricultural seminars and events happening!

Rocky Field Farm beef is now being featured on a new burger menu at Costa del Sol Mexican restaurant! Go by and try a Queso mushroom burger or the Ranchero burger! If you're not in the mood for a Mexican twist then go for the classic bacon cheeseburger. Be sure to ask to see the new burger menu. The restaurant is located on North Rufe Taylor Road in Greeneville.

The Michigan Blueberries are here! Come on over and pickup your order. We brought back some extra 10 lb boxes blueberries and we'll have these "while supplies last!" These were hand picked yesterday!
If you plan on freezing these, we recommend not washing them as they stay nice and dry and don't stick together. Plus being Environmentally Verified....they are safe to eat right out of the box!
Now for a fun fact...while walking the boardwalk in Grand Haven Michigan yesterday we couldn't believe our eyes. Here sitting at an IceCream stand we walked into our fellow Chuckey Tennesseean, Wayne Hughes and his family. (He supplies us with the good Rocky Fork Farms Beef we sell here in our Freezer). And a short time later we meet up again at the Blueberry Farm! :) Who knows, maybe half of Chuckey was in Grand Haven for the Freewill Baptist Convention?
It's a small world....and here is a picture to prove it :)
