If visiting German Christmas markets has always been on your bucket list - let this be your year to make it a reality!

There are just TWO spots remaining on our small group trip led by myself December 1 through 10. We will be flying into Munich and then working our way through more than a half dozen Christmas markets before flying home from Frankfurt.

Trip highlights include a day excursion to the famous Neuschwanstein Castle, an evening at a medieval Christmas market in an old castle owned by the former royal family of Bavaria, the world-famous Nuremberg Christmas market, and a full day in one of the most romantic towns in all of Germany, Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

The price includes round-trip airfare from Phoenix, all accommodations and transportation in Germany, breakfast each day, and admission to anything that requires a ticket. The value far exceeds the cost of comparable trips offered elsewhere.

If you recently started following this page, I apologize in advance if Facebook sent you an automatic message asking if there was anything we could help you with. Such aggressive marketing is not my style. I have tried turning these messages off, but after combing through the settings and consulting AI, it appears that this is a FB beta version for businesses and not one of the automations that I’m able to turn off. 

Also, for anyone wondering, I am not “illegally selling food out of my home.” We hold a current cottage food license from the state of Arizona. I pride myself on my little business and ensure that everything is made to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. I operate out of my home because it keeps the overhead low - money that is better spent on premium ingredients. In true German fashion, it also allows me to take plenty of vacations so that I only ever bake out of joy, not because I need to pay rent and keep the lights on. 🤓

Speaking of vacation, the bakery will be closed this Friday through the end of next week while I go on a cruise with two of my kids. Had the joy of teaching a “Cozy Book” themed cookie decorating class to a group of ladies this afternoon. So much fun! I especially enjoy seeing the different creative takes of class participants.

And that’s a wrap for another busy bakery week! Every year, we receive more orders than we are able to accept starting with Oktoberfest in September, through the end of the holidays.

Today, we baked many dozens of pretzels and unfortunately, had to turn down many more. How adorable is this couple that picked up an order for their party later this afternoon?! Second pic are the last few pretzels that I made for my own family because I was too busy filling customer orders to photograph those 😅

Now that they have been picked up, I can share these cookies that I was honored to make for a 90th birthday party. 🥳 The customer had requested 24 cookies in the shape of the number 90, using blue icing. I brainstormed different ways and techniques to bring variety without too much color. Of course, these are our organic cookies made with all natural food colors.

I quite accidentally matched my dress to the theme of the cookies on the day I finished them. 😄

We use only the highest-grade organic ingredients and all-natural food colors. Classes are suitable for ages 6 and up. There is a discount for registering 2 or more participants.
