Catching up from our BBQ competition this weekend + Kathy's Birthday yesterday. We had great time & solid cook at the ! First time cooking a SCBA event in @ 4 years. We ended up with:

1st Place Ribs
7th Butts
4th Place overall.

Congrats to on his 1st Butts + GC and on RGC + on a solid 3rd place finish and everyone that heard their name called. It was great catching up with some folks we had not seen in awhile + meeting some new ones as well! Hats off to the and on a great event!! The crowds were awesome both days + great entertainment and Wings & BBQ for everyone to enjoy. Hopefully it works with our schedule and we'll be back next year.

Taking the weekend off for our Anniversary then back on the BBQ trail in 2 weeks.

Set up in Bay Creek Park on Edisto Island at the Cookin on the Creek BBQ competition. Nice venue with some awesome views! We got in last night so we were able to catch a beautiful sunrise this morning over the water. Wing competition tonight + public sampling as well. Come check it out tonight starting at 6pm. Live band as well.

So thankful to be able to enjoy times like this on 🇺🇸! God Bless all those today & their families who gave their lives to protect the rights & freedoms we enjoy every day! Despite the rain, we enjoyed some Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Corn, & Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Poblanos. & products never disappoint!!

Big thanks to having us back again this year to cater their !! Another great group this year with close to 100 campers & mentors!. Original Design with their staff & volunteers is mentoring these kids + changing their lives through Faith, fellowship, and having some fun! We are glad to be a small part of this team & support them throughout the year!

Huge congrats to + all the team, staff, volunteers, etc. on another World Championship + Back to Back!! We're fortunate to be a part of Team Heath Riles BBQ again this year as a competition BBQ team. I met Heath a couple of years ago at the . Such a down to earth, wonderful person to talk to! He is without a doubt the true meaning of - Good things come to good people!! Congrats again on a tremendous accomplishment!!

Awesome day for us at the SCSDB BBQ Classic in Spartanburg, SC!! The contest took place on the campus of the SC School School Deaf & Blind. We had a solid cook and finished with:

1st Place Ribs
2nd Place Pork
Grand Champion🏆

Congrats to on his RGC + everyone that had their name called. Pretty cool that both the GC & RGC trophies were framed artwork done by the students there! Hats off to and all the volunteers for a great job on this first time event! We certainly plan on being back next year to help support this wonderful charity.

Set up in Spartanburg at SCSDB BBQ Classic. First time event benefiting a great charity - SC School for the Death & Blind. Should be a great time tomorrow as they have a car, truck, and motorcycle show tied in with the BBQ comp + BBQ samples for the public as well. Best of luck to everyone competing + Good Luck to all the teams competing at Memphis in May!
