The worst of Hurricane Isaias passed to the west of us. John placed alfalfa in the stalls at feeding time in case the youngsters developed some sense and wanted to stay in… y’all see the results of that 🤣. Ben was thrilled with the situation, however. I hope everyone else is faring well too.

Poe was standing outside of Ben’s stall hoping to snag some of his alfalfa. Which means he was blocking the gate, so I tried to lure him into the second stall with some peanut hay. It didn’t work… this horse loves alfalfa more than anything else.
