One of my absolute favorite things to prepare is soup—classic or improvised kitchen creations, you name it!

I've been getting a ton of DMs asking about my off-menu dishes that go beyond the rotisserie. To answer your questions: YES, they are coming back!

Moving forward, I’ll be offering exclusive, off-menu takeaway items on a first-come, first-served basis. Expect quarts of homemade soups (like my New England clam chowder) alongside old favorites like:

When it comes to a Cheesesteak sandwich, everyone has a favorite. An Iconic sandwich in America. That’s the reason why they are a staple on so many menus. They are just downright delicious.

So how does one reinvent the wheel when it comes to a sub that is this revered and highly opinionated throughout the country? Maybe the answer is in the question.

Let’s spin the wheel!!! Think about thin layers of Ribeye with a light marinade, stacked and repeated with layers of onions and peppers roasting over an open flame. Tallow fat spread between some of the layers slowly melts and bastes the rotisserie as it spins. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Ok ok k……now think of the rotisserie meat with peppers and onions shaved off the skewer and stuffed into a toasted hoagie roll smothered with our house made Cooper Sharp cheddar cheese whiz.

Damn. I’d like to think I might just be the first Philly to be shaved from a virtical spit. It won’t be like any other Cheesesteak you’ve had. The texture of crispy and juicy meat will add a huge depth to the regularly griddled meat.

This will have to be a regular that shows face on the rotisserie for sure. You’ll love it!
