Mixed veggie stock, cauliflower, leeks, raw cashews, garlic, nutritional yeast, olive oil, vegan butter, liquid smoke, sunflower oil, chives, spices. Chive oil and roasted garlic garnish.

Oh wow...spicy! Not over-the-top hot unless you like it that way and add the diced jalapeños included for your garnish!

JALAPENO POPPER SOUP $13/quart
Olive oil, onion, garlic, No Chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, nutritional yeast, Tofuti sour cream, vegan butter, jalapeños, corn, cornstarch, Silk half and half and oat milk. Garnished with roasted corn and fresh diced jalapeños.

THAI RED CURRY VEGETABLE SOUP $11/quart
Extra Virgin olive oil, garlic, gingerroot, red curry paste, sweet potato, bok choy, veggie stock, coconut milk, coconut sugar, rice. Served with shaved red onion, cilantro, chopped peanuts and lime.

A lighter soup, warmly spiced from the red curry paste. I add a little Sriracha to my bowl to heat it up a bit 🙂

Chili. Everyone has a recipe but when I started toasting my own chilis and grinding my own chili powder? Oh my! The depth of flavor is undeniable.

My testers put this Mushroom Bourguignon soup at the very top of their lists! While not being a huge fan of pearl onions, I found myself hunting the little beauties in this richly flavored soup.
