Whitfield’s Creole & Soul Food is still here, still cooking, and still fighting to build something that lasts. Owning a restaurant has come with challenges we could’ve never prepared for, but we believe in what we’re building and we’re not ready to give up. We’re not going to.

We’re OPEN, we’re still building, and we’re determined to see this thing through.

Supporting a Black-owned business doesn’t mean you can’t hold us accountable. It means giving us the same opportunity to correct a mistake that you’d give any other business 🗣️

TALK TO US BEFORE YOU TALK ABOUT US 8x/10… we’re there.

Here’s what we welcome:

✅ Let us know. We can’t fix what we don’t know about
✅ Communication. Talk to us. We’re listening.
✅ Refund. When appropriate, we’ll make it right.
✅ Remake. Don’t like it? Something was wrong? Give us a chance to correct it.
✅ Advice. Constructive feedback helps us grow and become better.

What doesn’t help:

❌ Slander
❌ False narratives or exaggerated stories
❌ Arguing instead of communicating

❌ Trying to tear down THE BUSINESS 🤔 instead of resolving the issue
