Rogue River Blue is back in stock (iykyk)

Our caprese with house-made pesto on our sourdough focaccia is still a favorite.

Cutie little picnic boxes for wherever the day takes you.

Pumpkin cold foam 🎃

And just a very normal amount of cheese around here.

Life lately at Constance. 🤍

A little dark, a little whimsical, and a whole lot of creative magic. 🖤🎨

Our beloved Samantha is trading her spot behind the counter for a paintbrush to host a special evening of Gothic Whimsy Horror oil painting at Constance!

Whether you’re an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, this workshop is for you. Samantha will pre-sketch every canvas and guide you step by step as you create something strange, beautiful, and a little bit haunting.

All supplies are included. Just bring your creativity (and maybe your dark side)🕯️

🎟️ Limited spots available! Grab your ticket through the link in our bio

Blue cheese, butter-roasted pear, walnut + thyme hot honey 🍐🍯

Sweet, salty, creamy, a little crunchy and just enough heat. Basically fall between two slices of sourdough.

This week’s grilled cheese special at Constance 🧀

Friday mood, since 1945 apparently 🥖

Also, because the photo is too good not to explain: it’s commonly dated to Paris in 1945, showing a woman carrying an almost absurdly long loaf of bread and a crate of bottles. The exact photographer, date, and story behind it are unclear, which somehow makes it even better.

When the cheese matches your personality 🖤🧀

Meet Red Witch, a Swiss Alpine-style cheese with a paprika-rubbed rind, creamy texture, nutty flavor, and just a little kick. Basically, she’s perfect for spooky season.

Think we’re just a cheese shop? This is for you 🧀

Constance is a fromagerie, which means cheese is at the heart of what we do. But there’s a lot more happening here.

We’re a café, a cheese and charcuterie shop, a place to grab lunch or stay awhile, a market for specialty foods and gifts, and, behind it all, a catering company creating everything from date-night boards to weddings and corporate events.

Come build a custom box at the cheese bar, shop cheeses and meats by the pound, grab something from the case, order lunch, try the weekly grilled cheese, pick up coffee or tea, or just find a table and linger.

However you do Constance, we’re glad you’re here. 🤍

Save this for your next visit, or send it to someone who keeps asking, “Wait… what exactly is Constance?”
