**Now accepting orders for dessert boxes for Father’s Day**

In honor of Father’s Day, Wildflowers & Honey will be offering a delectable variety of desserts available for pick up anytime after 2 pm this Sunday, June 21st. *The pick up will be at Lasika’s home in Alachua.

**Orders are now open and close this Friday.

**Our boxes will feature:

~Tres leches cake slice: classic tres leches—vanilla sponge in a three milk soak, topped with whipped cream dulce de leche and strawberries.

~Passionfruit cheescake slice: Vanilla bean cheescake slice on an orange zested almond shortcrust base, topped with/ a passionfruit curd layer, fresh cream, and fresh fruit.

-Chocolate hazelnut pot de crème —rich chocolate hazelnut crème custard topped with fresh whipped cream and crushed hazelnuts.

-Millionaire’s shortbread: vanilla shortbread base, topped with layers of silky caramel and chocolate ganache.

Easter Sunday Bakery Box!

Wildflowers & Honey is excited to share our Easter bakery box with you all. We will be featuring a number of items that our bakers have been *loving* and are finally ready to be shared 💕

The theme is spring! We will be including fresh bright fruit flavors, florals, and light textures.

Lemon possets—fresh lemon cream custard set in lemon halves, topped with cream and berries.

Earl grey tres leches—vanilla sponge soaked in a lavender earl grey infused three milk mixture, topped with freshly whipped cream.

Mini Strawberry shortcakes—Petite vanilla sponge cakes filled with strawberry compote, topped with fresh cream and strawberries

Pavlovas—Eggless meringue nests filled with passionfruit curd, dollops of fresh cream, topped with raspberries and mangos

Small $23: 1 of each item, 2 strawberry short cakes
Large $45: 2 of each item, 4 strawberry shortcakes

Pickup will be in Alachua on Sunday, April 5th from 1-3 pm.

Wildflowers & Honey Valentines Day desserts are now available for PRE ORDER!

🤍Dessert Box $27:

•Two petite mason jar chocolate Pots de crème with rose and pomegranate topped with Chantilly cream

•Three profiteroles filled with vanilla bean diplomat cream and glazed in chocolate ganache

•Three matcha-dipped strawberries with white chocolate drizzle

🤍 6” Heart cakes $45 (5-6 servings)
Available in two flavors:

•Flavor Option 1: Rich chocolate sponge layered with mascarpone whipped cream and caramel, covered in choclate ganache w/ a caramel drip. Decorated with red roses and chocolate truffles.

•Flavor Option 2: Vanilla sponge layered with cream cheese whipped cream and passionfruit curd filling, covered in vanilla bean white chocolate Swiss merengue buttercream w/ a white chocolate drip. Decorated with eggless merengue kisses and roses in various shades of pinks and oranges.

Please see last year’s lovely heart cake in photo. This year’s cakes will be frosted and decorated based on descriptions above.

Here is one of our favorite past Valentine’s Day bakery boxes featuring some incredible French pastries. We enjoy making each part of our desserts from scratch—puff pastry, tart shells, and more. Featured is:

•Mille feuille filled with pistachio crème patisserie, rose white chocolate whipped cream, and fresh strawberries
•Matcha macarons, chocolate raspberry macarons, and peanut butter white chocolate macarons
•Chocolate tarts shells fill with rich chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries

Our team was busy this weekend with two weddings! We had the pleasure of making a beautiful classic wedding cake special for the bride and groom, along with large sheet cakes for all of the wedding guests. These were both strawberry dulce de leche cakes filled with a whipped cream cream cheese frosting.

Our second wedding event included a lavish dessert table. Stay tuned… 💕

The ladies of Wildflowers and Honey are back and ready to bake some delectable treats for you this holiday season 💕

Here’s what we will have available to order for the month of December:

**Sunday, 12/14: Treat boxes, great for gift giving the week before break 💕 Pick up from the temple holiday marketplace from 3-6pm at our table.

**Monday, 12/15: Treat tins. We will ship for you to your destination of choice (no need to pick up)

**Wednesday: 12/23 Treat boxes. Evening pick up from my home.

**Sunday 12/14 & **Tuesday, Dec. 23rd: Local box pick ups: Boxes will be tied with festive ribbons 💕

~Xs box: 2 mint crinkle cookies, 2 maple pecan bars, 2 raspberry jam filled linzer cookies, 2 fudge walnut brownies. $23

~Small box: 3 mint crinkle cookies, 3 maple pecan bars, 3 raspberry jam filled linzer cookies, 3 fudge walnut brownies. $34

~Large box: 5 mint crinkle cookies, 5 maple pecan bars, 5 raspberry jam filled linzer cookies, 5 fudge walnut brownies. $57

~2 mint crinkle cookies, 2 maple pecan bars, 2 snowballs, 2 fudge walnut brownies, and a small bag of mini shortbread snowflakes coated in white chocolate. $46/including flat rate standard shipping (2-3 days)

12/23: We will also have whole cheesecakes available for purchase. Large 9” (14 slices) $65, Small 6.5” (8 slices) $40

~Orange zest vanilla cheesecake on a mild ginger almond shortbread, topped with/ white chocolate whipped cream, pomegranates seeds, star cookies, dried oranges, and rosemary sprigs.
