A little update from Bhūmi Mill 🤍
First, thank you.
The love and enthusiasm you’ve shown for both Bhūmi Mill and our new Blossom & Bloom food truck has honestly been beyond anything we expected. We are so incredibly grateful for every visit, every kind word, every shared post, and every loaf of bread you’ve welcomed into your homes.
With Blossom & Bloom growing so quickly, we’ve had to take a careful look at what is sustainable for our family and our small team. Bread is truly a labor of love, and at this stage, we simply can’t keep up with running both businesses at the Saturday farmers market at the level of quality we want to provide.
Because of that, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause the Bhūmi Mill farmers market booth for the time being.
This isn’t goodbye—just a new season for Bhūmi Mill. Our hope is that this change allows us to focus on growing Blossom & Bloom while continuing to make the breads that so many of you have come to love.
Going forward:
🍞 We’ll be offering a weekly bread order form for our Alachua temple communities with Sunday pickup, since we’re already there as part of our family’s weekly routine.
🍞 If you’re one of our longtime customers outside of our temple community, we’d love to continue serving you too. Please send us a message if you’re interested in a weekly bread subscription with Sunday pickup or local delivery, and we’ll do our best to make arrangements.
🍪 And don’t worry—our Bhūmi Mill cookies aren’t going anywhere! You’ll still find them every Saturday at the Blossom & Bloom food truck at the farmers market.
Thank you for your understanding, your encouragement, and for supporting our little family business through every season. We feel incredibly blessed by this community, and while this chapter looks a little different, we’re excited for what lies ahead. We can’t wait to continue serving you—whether it’s through fresh bread on Sundays or desserts and drinks at Blossom & Bloom.
See you all soon 💖
