🌰🍺 SOMETHING IS BREWING IN HIGH SPRINGS… AND WE THINK WE KNOW THE SECRET INGREDIENT! 🤫
Let's just say it involves locally grown chestnuts from TJ's Food Forest & Apiary and a little brewing magic from our friends at High Springs Brewing Company! 🍻
That's right! Something special is in the works, and we may have just let the chestnuts out of the bag! 😂
The brewing is complete, and we're officially in the fermentation stage! Now it's time to let the yeast work its magic while we wait to see what this hometown collaboration has in store.

🌰 LAST CALL FOR CHESTNUT U-PICK! 🌰
What an incredible chestnut season we've had at TJ's Food Forest & Apiary! Our trees have blessed us with an abundant harvest this year, and we couldn't be more grateful! Our team also has plenty of splinters, blisters, and some pretty funny memories to carry us through until next year! Sadly, this amazing season is quickly coming to an end. 😂 ❤️
With all the rain we received last week, our team's priority has been getting those freshly fallen chestnuts off the ground, cleaned, and properly stored before the moisture has a chance to cause mold. To our surprise, during today's orchard inspection, we discovered that we still have a few trees with chestnuts yet to drop! 🌳 🌰
While we're busy cleaning up the orchard row by row, we're still welcoming our last-minute chestnut pickers for ONE FINAL WEEKEND!
And if you'd rather skip the picking, we have PLENTY of freshly harvested chestnuts already cleaned, bagged, and ready for pickup! Take some home for yourself and grab a few extra pounds to share with family and friends.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported our Harvest Moon Chestnut Pick!

We loved seeing families, friends, and new faces walking through the orchard, picking chestnuts, and enjoying the farm under the moonlight. You helped make the evening so much fun and one we will definitely remember.

Every visit, share, kind word, and pound of chestnuts purchased helps support our little farm and allows us to keep growing and trying new things.

We couldn’t do it without you. ❤️🌰

Something’s been brewing at TJ’s Food Forest & Apiary… A little while ago, some of our farm-fresh chestnuts left the orchard and went on a mysterious little adventure.

🌕 The Harvest Moon marked the crest of chestnut season at TJ's Food Forest & Apiary! 🌰
What a beautiful Saturday evening for our Chestnut U-Pick under the full Harvest Moon and the perfect night to stay open late as friends, families, and visitors stopped by, wandered through the orchard by moonlight, gathered fresh chestnuts, and spent time together around the fire.
