First time trying out this El Salvador Food Truck — oh my gosh, so good. Go check them out — they park across the Cum Park Plaza Burlington, worth stopping by, if you happen to be in the area. 👌

Tonight we tried their Carne Asasa & Pollo Con Tajada, plus we had to take home some of their iconic Salvadoran Quesadilla (Sweet Cheese Pound Cake) — great for coffee in the morning…🤤

We will definitely be coming back + great people.

Tonight’s dinner was extra special for my birthday. Enjoying a truly fine dining experienced, even if it’s a little trip out. It’s all worth it..
