Saturday 9/26 (12:30-1:30) ~ Lunchtime meet & greet with progressive City Council candidates Thushan Amarasiriwardena For Alameda City Council and Tyler Savage along with mayoral candidate Malia Vella

Sunday 9/27 (8:30-6:00) ~ Join us for our 4th anniversary celebration! We’ll have breakfast burritos in our café, a pop-up with Treats by Mrs. T beginning at noon, live music with Faith Luster at 3 pm followed by Bay Station at 5 pm, plus a raffle and a rocking good time!

Also in this weekend: the famous parking lot sale at our neighbor’s Forbidden Island Tiki Lounge, Sat and Sun 2-7 pm.

It’s Porchfest weekend in Alameda! Join us Saturday 12-2 pm for a warm-up performance by soulful singer Faith Luster, followed by Porchfest on Sunday 12-6 pm with a lineup of SIX different singers and bands doing their ‘thang. Hooray for FREE MUSIC in Alameda! Thank you to our friends at the Alameda Music Council who have organized AlamedaPorchfest.com to bring more live music to our community. Check out the various stages around central Alameda this Sunday!

Island Savoy Market is hosting our 2nd FAAS Adoption Event this Saturday, August 1 from 11 am to 2 pm! Kittens and potentially a few dogs will be available for adoption, plus you can donate dog and cat food purchases to the FAAS Pet Food Pantry. Don’t miss cuddling the adorable fur babies!
