1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the package)
3 cups strawberry pie filling (about 1½ (21 oz) cans)
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
2 cups strawberries, sliced

Steps
Prepare and bake the white cake according to the package instructions in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Let cool slightly.
Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 3–4 minutes.

2 tablespoons olive oil
6 large onions, sliced thin
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon broth (substitute for dry sherry)
½ cup chicken, beef, or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon thyme
6 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
6 oz fontina cheese (or mozzarella)

Steps
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add water and knead until smooth. Let rise for 1–2 hours.
In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil. Add onions and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramelized (about 30–40 minutes).

Pickle Chipotle Meatloaf 🥒🌶️

What You’ll Need
16 oz jar of pickles
5 cloves garlic
1 shallot
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup chopped chipotles in adobo sauce
2 eggs
2 lbs ground beef (15% fat)
1 cup breadcrumbs
8 oz grated cheddar cheese

For the Glaze
⅓ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
¼ cup honey

Steps
Drain and chop the pickles. In a food processor, blend pickles, garlic, shallot, Worcestershire sauce, and chipotles until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the pickle mixture, eggs, ground beef, breadcrumbs, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle peppers, and honey. Spread over the meatloaf.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Mashed Potatoes 🎃☕

½ sugar or pie pumpkin (about 3 cups chopped)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice blend
3 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 stick butter
1 cup cream
1 double shot espresso
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice blend
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Steps
Roast the Pumpkin:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chopped pumpkin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Roast for 25–30 minutes, until tender.
Boil the chopped potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
Mash the potatoes with butter, cream, espresso, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Fold in the roasted pumpkin.

For the Steak and Marinade
1.5 lbs skirt steak
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt

For the Cowboy Butter
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 lemon (juice of)

Steps
Combine Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, chili powder, oregano, and salt in a bowl. Add the steak and marinate for at least 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, and lemon juice until well combined.
Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced steak over fries, topped with a dollop of cowboy butter and garnished with additional parsley.
