The holidays are beginning to take shape at Leyla K. Desserts, and we have a few surprises in store.

Our Holiday Shop opens November 16.

This year’s collection will include brand new creations unlike anything we’ve offered before, a few returning favorites, and a very special collaboration that we know you will love.

Noor means “light” in Farsi. It also happens to be the name of one of the brightest lights in Leyla’s life: her daughter. 💕

Named in her honor, our Noor Collection features delicate, airy Persian-style macarons that bring together Leyla’s French pastry training with the flavors of her Persian heritage.

From Persian Saffron and Raspberry Rose to Orange Blossom Caramel, Fig Cardamom, and Sour Cherry, each flavor is an expression of the ingredients and traditions that have inspired Leyla throughout her life.

A collection named for her daughter, and one that holds a very special place in her heart.

Growing up Persian, anâr was more than something we ate. It was a familiar presence on the table, in the dishes we grew up with, and in celebrations and traditions passed from one generation to the next.

Today, it continues to inspire us at Leyla K., both for its unmistakable flavor and for everything it represents about our culture.

As pomegranates begin appearing again this fall, we wanted to share a little of their place in Persian culture. And, look out for a special feature of pomegranate in our upcoming holiday collection!

Meet Ellie. 🤍

Our Ellie Collection is named after Leyla’s youngest daughter, who has been inspiring the Leyla K. story from the very beginning.

The collection features Leyla’s signature French-style macarons - a technique she perfected over decades. Delicate shells with soft, velvety centers, created in a rotating assortment of flavors.

Naming our collections after the people we love is one of the small ways we bring our family into what we create. And this one will always be especially sweet.

We put as much thought into our packaging as we do into what goes inside. Our embossed boxes were intentionally created to feel beautiful enough to keep long after the last sweet has been enjoyed.

The Shirin Collection.

The Farsi word for sweet, this collection is a celebration of sweetness, inspired by Persian flavors.

Delicate pieces of brittle, fragrant rose, vibrant pistachios. A balance of crisp texture, floral notes, and gentle sweetness in every bite.

Beautiful enough to gift, and just as lovely to enjoy with a cup of tea. 🤍

There was a time when Leyla K. Desserts existed only as an idea.

Long before we launched the business, I spent years studying French pastry, taking classes and refining my technique. It quickly became a true passion of mine.

As friends and family began asking me to create desserts for their celebrations, I realized this passion could become something more.

But I kept coming back to one question: What would French pastry look like if it embraced the flavors I grew up with?

Saffron. Rose. Pistachio. Cardamom. Sour cherry. Orange blossom. The flavors of my childhood, reimagined through a modern pastry lens.

That idea became the foundation of Leyla K. Desserts. Today, my sister and I continue to create desserts that blend the elegance of European pastry with the vibrant flavors and traditions of our Persian heritage.
