Thank you to an amazing artist Bill Dickson for such a beautiful piece. Talk about a labor of love. Started with a fallen ash tree from Miller Farms - thank you to Chet and Ronnie and JC for chopping and hauling. End up at Texas Trails for the carving. Carl would have loved this.

Thanks Donna for posing with this huge grapefruit. Don’t miss our event at oleander acres on March 3.

A little history of one of our best sellers

The first Cara Cara orange was found growing on a Washington navel orange tree in 1976 at Hacienda Cara Cara in Venezuela, hence its given name. It was introduced to the United States in the early 1980s and now grows in California, Florida and Texas. Cara Cara oranges flourishes in hot, humid climates. While previously a more boutique variety of orange, Cara Cara oranges are now more widely available.

Are you open New Year’s Eve day?
I’m not even home 3 hours from my trip down South and I couldn’t wait to tear into my citrus that I got! The citrus inspired my entire dinner tonight! I made Lemon Dill salmon sided with an Arugula fennel salad with grapefruit and pumpkin seeds and not to leave the honey I brought home out, I made a homemade dressing for the salad with the juice from the grapefruit and the yummy citrus honey! Soooo good! Thanks for the awesome fruit and great hospitality!
I might have to go by to get some more honey straws for my son they're perfect little treats and a great alternative to candy ♡
