Leg Quarters + Jerry Mc’s + Charcoal Grill = The Best

We like to let the chicken soak in Italian dressing for 20 mins while the coals are getting hot, then drop them on the grill. Cook halfway & then paint a generous portion of Jerry Mc’s Big Time BBQ Sauce on both sides. Continue flipping & painting until fully cooked.

Enjoy with a few of favorite southern classic sides. We paired it with peas and corn on the cob.

This made for a delicious meal today at Lake Blackshere with friends.
