518, EatAtNiel’s is here—and BLESSING is officially outside! 🇯🇲💙🔥
What started as me cooking plates on the weekends for my college friends has grown into something I once could only imagine.
There have been plenty of struggles along the way—setbacks, closed doors, long days, sacrifices, moments of doubt, and times when I had to keep pushing even when things didn’t go the way I planned. But every obstacle taught me something, every setback made me stronger, and through it all, God continued to make a way. 🙏🏾
Today, I’m truly grateful to say that Blessing, the EatAtNiel’s food trailer, now has a regular home in Downtown Albany! 💙🇯🇲
📍 State Street — directly in front of the Legislative Building, near the corner of South Swan Street & State Street
📅 Monday–Friday
⏰ 11 AM–4 PM
So if you work downtown, live nearby, have business at the Capitol, or you’re simply craving some authentic Jamaican flavor, you can now look forward to finding EatAtNiel’s and Blessing right here throughout the week. 🔥🍽️
This journey has gone from selling plates to friends… to building EatAtNiel’s… to catering events, festivals and pop-ups… to purchasing my own food trailer… and now serving the 518 from a regular Downtown Albany location.
I don’t take any of it for granted.
Thank you to everybody who has ever bought a plate, shared one of my posts, told somebody about my food, booked me for an event, gave me advice, encouraged me, supported my business or prayed for me. Every bit of support helped me reach this point. 🙏🏾💙
And remember—Blessing is still MOBILE! 🚚💨
Thank you also to everyone who played a part to get my food Trailer Up and Running I will forever be Grateful ♥️ 🙏🏾.
