๐Ÿฅฉ Italian Beef Braciole
A traditional Italian dish that's flavorful, tender, and perfect for a hearty meal! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นโœจ

Ingredients:
4 thin slices of beef top round ๐Ÿฅฉ
1/2 cup breadcrumbs ๐Ÿฅ–
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐Ÿง€
2 garlic cloves, minced ๐Ÿง„
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley ๐ŸŒฟ
2 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
400g marinara sauce ๐Ÿ…
Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
Kitchen twine or toothpicks
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to bind the mixture. ๐Ÿฅฃ
Stuff the Beef: Lay each beef slice flat, spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly, and roll tightly. Secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
Sear the Rolls: Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef rolls until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside. ๐Ÿณ
Simmer in Sauce: Add marinara sauce to the skillet, bring to a simmer, and return the beef rolls. Cover and cook on low heat for 1-1.5 hours until tender. ๐Ÿฅ˜
Serve: Plate the Braciole with sauce, garnish with fresh basil, and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
