Do you want to get more involved with the decision making process at your local co-op? The Governance Review Council at Honest Weight is holding elections for TWO open spots later this month! Visit our website’s elections page to find out more or submit a nomination!

Honest Weight is community owned and community led. HWFC is seeking two candidates for election to the Governance Review Council (GRC) at the October 25, 2026 Regular Membership Meeting who are committed to the Co-op values and principles of governance, and are willing to devote their time and energy to work with the Board of Directors on governance-related issues.

The Bylaws require a candidate to be up to date on their time investment as of the end of the month just prior to the election in order to run for a seat - in this case September 30, 2026.

If this sounds you, we encourage you to fill out the nomination form TODAY!!

Our Hot Bar this week is Spanish themed! Here's just one of the many lunch/dinner combos you can expect, but the options change every day 😋 Our culinary department makes everything from scratch using local or organic ingredients, and the dishes change throughout the day to keep it fresh!
