We are a small dairy farm located in Albany Vt. We sell milk conventionally as well as sell Raw Milk from the farm.

We are primarily a Registered Holstein Herd, but take care of a small amount of colored breeds as well.

🐄Sometime around 2018 we took in VTC Wonderment Sandy for half ownership. Sandy was three quartered at the time, older and a cow that had a hard time getting up. The goal was to flush her, and make some nice babies.
🐄She calved in with a bull, we tried flushing her a couple of times and were unsuccessful. We had decided to put her on the beef truck, when she came into a great heat....so....I threw a unit of sexed Winning Formula into her! She settled and gave us Shawnee.
🐄Shawnee is now EX and gave us Sioux, who was just Reserve Intermediate Champion at the All Breeds Spring Show.
🐄Sometimes you have to take the chance!

🐄Dala-Star Frontrun Shauna EX91 would go on to be one of the most influential cows in our herd.
🐄Shauna was the result of a partnership my dad and I had with our friend Dan LaCoss.
🐄In 2022 Shauna's great grand daughter won the winter calf class at The All Breeds Spring Show.
🐄Shauna's pedigree decends back to the Dream and Do Herd.

🐄A friend posted a picture of this tiny purple plant in one of her stories. I asked her if she knew it's name.
🐄Our farm is full of it. I remember our first summer here in 2020, I couldn't believe how pretty it was and how prominent it was along our pastures and perimeter.

🐄Last weekend Ava graduated high school from Lake Region.
🐄Ava has been our afternoon calf feeder for the past 4 years after school, and at both ends of the day during summers.
🐄CONGRATULATIONS Ava!! We are very proud of you!

🐄I worked on a medium sized dairy just outside of Burlington, in Richmond VT. They sell the BEST sweet corn!
🐄There I managed the calves and reproduction for about 4 years
🐄The start of our herd was from 24 baby calves that I was gifted by them.
🐄While working there my dog Sal came to work with me every day
🐄My niece’s would sometimes visit and go to work with me too
