This week we’d like to recognize one of the very best—T-Roy!
T-Roy has been cutting meat for over 30 years, and for the past 2 years he’s been a valuable part of the Mike’s Country Store family. His experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail show in everything he does.
If you’ve ever shopped our Philema store meat department, you’ve probably admired the beautiful meat cases without even realizing who was behind them. T-Roy takes tremendous pride in his work, making sure every cut is packaged with care and every display is stocked, organized, and looking its absolute best. He truly goes above and beyond every single day.
His hard work, dedication, and commitment to quality don’t go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly thankful to have him on our team. Employees like T-Roy are the reason our customers keep coming back.
