I used to keep a supply of throat lozenges around in case I ever felt a sore throat coming on. No need for that anymore! WHENEVER I FEEL THE BEGINNING OF A SORE THROAT, I SIMPLY PUT A FEW DROPS OF ENGLISH LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL ON THE BACK OF MY TONGUE AND THE SORE THROAT IS GONE IN A VERY SHORT TIME. Some people think Lavender Essential Oil is a perfume. Well it does smell good. When people walk by our booth at the Salem Saturday Market, I often see them sniff the air and then smile and mouth the word Lavender. However, While Lavender Oil is not really a perfume it does have a wonderful aroma, and that aroma is the first part of the answer to the next question: “What is Lavender used for?”.
One of the major uses of Lavender Essential Oil is “Aroma Therapy”.

It has been a long time since I posted on Facebook, so I will catch you up a bit on what's going on with Amy's Lavender.
We sold the lavender farm in Central Oregon, and we are now semi retired, living in the Mennonite Village in Albany, Oregon. However, Amy's Lavender is still going strong. We had a large inventory of Lavender oil when we left the farm, so Anita is still busy making her lavender creations which we sell on line (amyslavender.com) and at the Salem Community Market every Saturday 9 AM to to 2 PM.
