Elmer Meats We are a small family steer, hog and crop farm. We sell our steers and hogs directly to consumers. These animals are raised in the fresh air and sunshine.

Elmer Meats LLC sells all natural pork and beef raised on the Scott and Steve Elmer farm located north of Albany, Wisconsin. We sell all cuts of pork and beef. We also sell whole and half hogs and steers. All it takes is one taste to know that fresh pork and beef straight from the farm is the best. For pricing please contact us on Facebook or at 608-882-6897. Delivery is free up to 20 miles on meat sold by the cut.

As I said in my previous post, we are having a huge run on ground beef so I am going to be cooking up other cuts to give you ideas. Chops are up next on Thursday. Always bone in for me. I love that flavor the bones give. So two things:

We have been having a huge demand for ground beef. So let’s chat about some of our other cuts of meat . Tonight I made peppered flank steak. It is great as a fajita with sour cream or served over rice, mashed potatoes, noodles or a baked potatoes like my hubby likes it. See the pics below for what I include. I let it cook on low for a couple of hours before adding the peppers.

I know it is early but it is time to start giving some thought to Christmas and Thanksgiving. If you are going to be wanting a certain cut of meat for these holidays, the sooner you get your order in the better. If you are going to want a prime rib roast or a ham of a certain size, please reach out.
