🍗 I’M READY TO BUILD IT AGAIN — AND I’M LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO HELP ME DO IT! 🍗

My name is Samantha Provoncha, and I’m ready to take a chance on myself again.

I previously owned and operated my own restaurant, but because of some serious health issues, I had to step away and shut it down. That was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.

But I’ve never stopped thinking about getting back in the kitchen. ❤️

Now I’m looking to start fresh with a new name, a new vision, and a wing shop that I can build into something special.

I’m looking for:
🍗 A business partner
💰 Someone interested in helping invest/start up
🤝 Someone with restaurant or business experience
🏪 Someone who believes in helping build something from the ground up
❤️ And most importantly, people who believe in giving a local person another chance to make their dream happen

I also want to start putting my food back out there and getting HONEST feedback on my wings, sauces, sides and plates before opening.

I want people to taste the food, tell me what they love, tell me what needs work, and help me create a menu that people will actually come back for.

This isn’t about pretending everything is easy. It’s about starting over, working hard, learning from the past, and building something better.

If you’ve ever wanted to be part of helping someone bring a small restaurant dream back to life, I would love to hear from you.

We have news. We will be closing our doors permanently. Today is the LAST day to come out and support us and fill your belly with delicious wings! It has been a pleasure serving East Albany and surrounding counties. We have made so many friends among the way. This was a tough decision to make, but we know it's the right one for ourselves and our families. Thank you all for supporting our small business over the past year. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have served this community 🫶
