The new red meat is on the way to our farm. For all you alpha-gal sufferers.

Our ostrich eggs are on the way here! We will have locally ( Albany, Ky) raised red meat that is alpha-gal friendly by spring next year.

Yes some of the eggs hatched will go for meat next spring. Some will become our breeding flock. It will be 2-4 years before they reach breeding age. Until then we will continue to raise ostrich from egg to 10-14 months old for meat.
