Mondayyyy… here we goooo!! 🙌☀️

While sitting in reflection, I came across this scripture…

📖 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 🙏❤️

And man… I felt like somebody else needed to hear that this morning just like I did.

Sometimes fear gets LOUD.

Fear about money.
Fear about decisions.
Fear about whether you’re on the right path.
Fear about what happens next.

But scripture reminds us that fear isn’t what God gave us.

He gave us power to keep moving.
Love to keep our hearts grounded.
And a sound mind to make decisions without letting fear run the show.

You may not have all the answers today.

You may not know exactly how everything is going to work out.

But don’t let uncertainty convince you that God isn’t still working. 🙌

So if you’re carrying something heavy into this Monday…

Take a second.
Pray about it.
Breathe.
And remind yourself:

Fear does not get to make today’s decisions. Faith does. ❤️

With Lauren’s permission, we gotta give this young man a little spotlight today! 🥋🏅🔥

Clay went out yesterday and brought home TWO medals in Jiu Jitsu!! 👏👏

So naturally… we had to help fuel the champ a little bit. 😂🦐

We hooked him up with a ½ pound of shrimp to keep those muscles growing, because listen… we may have a future WORLD CHAMPION on our hands here! 💪🏆

But seriously, achievements like this don’t happen by accident. It takes hard work, discipline, practice, and a parent behind the scenes helping make it all happen. ❤️

So y’all help us congratulate Clay AND his mom, Lauren, for doing it BIGGGG!! 🙌🔥

Keep grinding, young man. We’ll be watching! 🥋🦐

Y’all… there’s something about Sunday mornings that makes me appreciate the little things a little more.

Yesterday, we were in Des Allemands serving seafood, laughing with customers, meeting new faces, and doing what we love.

Today… we’re bringing it back HOME! 🏡🦐

But here’s something I’ve been thinking about…

When you walk up to a food trailer, you see a menu, some prices, and hopefully some pretty dang good food. 😂

What you don’t always see are the early mornings, the late nights, the dishes, the planning, the mistakes, the prayers, and the people who make it all happen.

And I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. ❤️

God has blessed Crystal and me with an opportunity to build something together, and every single one of y’all who supports us has become a little part of that story.

So this morning, before the pots start rolling, I just wanna say THANK YOU.

If y’all are just passing through, we’re set up right outside the Fall Fest gate and ready to serve y’all up! We’re open to any and all of you, even if you’re not a fall fest kind of person.

BUTTTT… do yourself a favor and go see what’s poppin’ INSIDE those gates too! They’ve got a great setup going, and it is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day to get out of the house and enjoy it.

We’ve got a couple tables set up, plenty of seafood ready to roll, and we’re here waiting on y’all!
