We had stuffed shells tonight from T&H Farm Market ground beef and zesty Italian sausage. I have no pics because we ate it all and I forgot, but it was awesome. I stuffed the shells with a mix of the meat, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella and topped with more sauce and fresh mozzarella slices. Family liked them better with no ricotta and I'll probably make them this way from now on. We have our ground beef on sale right now for $7.50/lb on the 2 lb packages.
