Making some Hard boiled eggs for the week! (If you have ever tried to hard boil fresh eggs like ours you may have noticed that they may be harder to peel or not fully “done” in the normal 15 minutes) this is because fresh eggs have a “harder shell” due to a better diet than store bought birds. This is how I boil our eggs and they peel cleanly every time; Bring water to a rolling boil; add salt and baking soda to water; add eggs once boiling. Boil eggs for 18 minutes; after timer goes off, immediately transfer them into a large bowl full of ice water for 10-15 minutes. Works every time 😃 have a great weekend- Jake

Just as an FYI: I work full time as a Truck driver and I tend to work very odd/off hours during the week. This can make it difficult to respond to messages.
