Growing Tall Acres Local Farm growing animals the way our grandparents did. On pasture, all natural, NO hormones, antibiotics or GMO's. Eggs, chickens, turkeys, pork & beef.

We are a small family farm that practices permaculture techniques and design principles in bringing nature back to the farm. Our animals produce some of the best meat available. We take pride in caring for our animals and provide them the best lush green pastures to live. Our pastured beef, pork, chickens, turkeys and eggs all are raised on our farm free from antibiotics, hormones and GMO grain & supplements

Farm life gives you the joy of watching the beauty of life being created. The mothering instincts of these cows are amazing to watch. The calfs strength and ability to stand and nurse shortly after birth. There's no doubt God's design is perfect.

But times like this morning we experienced the heartache of death as we lost a baby calf and his mother during the birthing process.
A somber event for us and the whole herd.
Another day of the bad with the good of life on the farm.
