At the same time, I allow myself to assist in the decision-making process. What I mean by that is, that I will walk you through how you expect your cake to look so there are not any issues in the end. I want you to be fully satisfied with my work. If you ever have any questions about something you may not be familiar with, please do not hesitate to ask. I am certified by the health dept through the Cottage Food Law. Which means that I went through a course and tested on food safety. That said, I am not allowed to make anything that requires refrigeration. Now, understand that during the warmer months, most items will hold up better when chilled. But know, that it will not harm your food. God Bless.
