Always getting asked “How much beef is in a Whole or Half” or “How much does it cost” and many other questions.
To summarize most of these questions…In a whole beef, you get on average of 350+ lbs of beef. Cut, however you like it, specific cuts of meat, the thickness, fat percentage in ground beef, etc. For $8 per pound of beef cut the way you like it. From our farm to your freezer. For a total of $2700 you can’t beat it.

Pan searing a steak seals in all those flavorful juices by forming a delicious crust.
Remove the pan from the heat, and add a small amount of butter or oil to lightly coat the surface. The butter or oil should be heated through, but should not burn. Add the food to be pan-seared; do not move it until a crust has formed.
