We officially launched in January of 2017 securing an LLC agreement and using the capital we had raised to make investments in different aspects of the agricultural industry. In essence, Upstream can be broken down into two sepa
rate businesses. Upstream Farms and Upstream Enterprises. Upstream Farms is a small family farm rooted in Albion Nebraska. While many farms are focused on vertical growth, we are more interested in lateral growth, cultivating unique integrated solutions for farmers and healthy food options for families. Upstream Enterprises invests in rural communities. We provide anything from capital to coaching and everything in between to enable small town business's to thrive. Our mission is to grow rural communities through a combination of economic and social development. Our name, Upstream, symbolizes the character trait of perseverance. A trait any individual needs to be involved in production agriculture or rural economic development. Our main logo, the Up, represents our commitment to working towards sustainable innovative agriculture that will feed our entire world. Our sub logo, the bridge, represents our commitment to bridging the gap between consumers and producers. We will be 100% transparent with our customers and are always willing to answer answer any question they may have. We are Upstream. A small farm making a difference.
