On this beautiful Wednesday, we invite you to visit the EBMY Farm store, which remains open until 5 PM today. Our freshly baked sourdough bagels, infused with the rich flavors of everything, asiago cheese and cheddar cheese, are now available. Additionally, we offer an assortment of fresh eggs, chicken, goose, and duck products, ideal for your sunday breakfast Our zucchini relish is a versatile condiment that can be utilized similarly to pickle relish.
Our extensive salsa selection includes our signature roasted eggplant salsa, characterized by its creamy texture and smoky flavor, making it an excellent accompaniment to chips, pasta, pizza, and more. We encourage you to stock up on a few essentials: a batch of our freshly baked bagels, a selection of our artisanal salsas, and a dozen farm-fresh eggs, ensuring a wonderful weekend.

Want to learn how to make a sculpture? We’re running a hands-on weekend class where you’ll build a bunny or kitty from start to finish. You’ll pick up practical skills like armature building, shaping and refining forms, adding texture and details, and the basics of glazing — ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a creative weekend project. Classes meet Saturday (~4 hours) to begin the piece, Sunday (~3 hours) to continue, and then we’ll reconvene about a month later to glaze and complete your work. Each session is small — only 6 participants — so there’s plenty of individualized guidance. We’re offering two blocks: June 20 & 21 to build a rabbit with glazing on July 19; and July 25 & 26 to build a kitty with glazing on August 29. Call or email for a quicker reply and to reserve your spot — spaces are limited.

Join us for a relaxed Sunday workshop — craft a one-of-a-kind coffee mug while sipping gourmet coffee and enjoying breakfast pastries. Each participant will make a mug and learn several underglaze decorating techniques. Cups need about two weeks to dry and be fired; we’ll arrange pickup once they’re ready. Classes are small (only 8 spots), so there’s plenty of room to work. Dates: June 28 and July 12 — both 9:00–12:30 AM. Register on our website; for faster responses, call or email us — we don’t check Facebook often.

It's a beautiful sunny day, and I just wanted to remind you that the Farm store is open till 5 PM. We have beautiful arrangements with ponies today for $10 each. Duck eggs are available, and of course, all kinds of jams, jellies, and salsa. And if you're not in the mood to cook, stop in ee have take and bakes. Taco pies, shepherd's pies, turkey leftover pies, and a selection of pot pies. So stop in and see us.
