What a night at Hollow Spirits! 🥃🔥

Our Wh**ky Class & Cigar Night was a HUGE success! From learning about the different grains that make our whiskies to enjoying amazing ci**rs, great BBQ, and even better company, we couldn’t have asked for a better night!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us!

Special shoutout to Jac Chavez of Cigar Clowns for bringing the cigar experience to life and Mighty Mike’s Meats for serving up some incredible BBQ! You guys helped make this night something special.

And of course, thank you to our Hollow Spirits crew for making it all happen!

We’re already planning the next one! 👀

🌵 Agave Spirit Class coming soon! We’re going to dive into the world of agave, taste some amazing spirits, and have a little fun along the way.

But we want to hear from YOU!

What other experiences should we bring to Hollow Spirits?

🍹 Margarita Making Class?

💃 Salsa Dancing Night?

🌮 Tequila & Taco Pairing?

Or something completely different?

Drop your ideas in the comments! We want to make Hollow Spirits more than just a place to grab a drink. We want it to be a place where our community comes together, learns something new, and has a damn good time doing it!

The Spirit of New Mexico. Made to be shared. 🥃

Start the evening with our Wh**ky Tasting & Class from 5:30–6:45 PM.
For $35, you’ll taste 4 different Hollow Spirits whiskies and learn a little more about what goes into making the wh**ky right here at our distillery.

Then we move outside.

CI**RS ON THE PATIO | 7–10 PM

We’re teaming up with Jac of Cigar Clowns for a cigar and wh**ky pairing built to complement each other.

Jac selected the Hear No Evil Cigar — an African Cameroon wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler. In the video, Jac breaks down the cigar and the notes you can expect while smoking it.

Then Frank gets into the wh**ky.

-Hollow Spirits Honey Cask Finished Bourbon
-Finished in collaboration with Honey Shack New Mexico and their locally made honey
-Cask strength
-Aged over 3½ years
-Pulled directly from the barrel

Hear No Evil Cigar + Honey Cask Finished Bourbon

Two different crafts. Two local collaborations. One hell of a pairing.

It’s officially Basic Witch Project season at Hollow Spirits. 🎃☕️

Albuquerque’s been rainy all week, the temperatures are starting to drop, and it finally feels like time to break out the fall specials.

🎃 Hollow Spirits Pumpkin Vodka
☕ Coffee Liqueur
🥛 Heavy Cream
🍂 Pumpkin Pie Foam

Creamy, boozy, pumpkin-spiced, and made with Pumpkin Vodka we distill right here at Hollow Spirits.

This one was created by Kicker Gonzales, showing all the young bartenders how the old school does it. 😎🥃
