Family Picnic Night at the Botanic Garden is finally here! Festivities at the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden and Aquarium today, Friday, August 11 include live music, Discovery Stations, free face painting, and more. Order dinner from the Shark Reef Café or stop by one of the familiar stands for the perfect picnic snack like charcuterie boards, pretzels, ice cream, and Elote in a Cup. Hop on the free Park & Ride from the Zoo or ride your bike straight to the bike valet and don’t miss out on a second of the fun!

Starting on Monday, November 28, the ABQ BioPark will have new winter hours and days of operation.

The Botanic Garden will be open Tuesdays-Sundays from 1-4 p.m. and the Aquarium will be open from 1-5 p.m. The Botanic Garden will reopen from 5-10 p.m. for River of Lights, a special ticketed event. All ABQ BioPark facilities are closed on Mondays and on Thanksgiving. All ABQ BioPark facilities will resume with regular business hours on December 23, but will remain closed on Mondays. The BioPark is closed on Christmas and New Year's Day.

The BioPark will reopen on Mondays beginning with President’s Day, February 20, 2023. Additionally, the BioPark will open for Martin Luther King Day on January 16, 2023. Tingley Beach will remain open 7 days/week.
